Designer Bridal Show Booths

It's bridal show season again and many of you are asking how do I make my booth stand out? Hiring Studio B Event Designs to help you create an atmosphere for the bride will make you stand out and have brides wanting to check you out. We recently designed a special booth for Carmen Salazar Photography at the Cal Expo show last week. She was told by several guests that her booth was the best and she had over 600 people come into her booth and sign up for her drawing. It's amazing what a little fabric can do and how it can make you stand out from all the others. Studio B also attended the Modern Bridal Show at the Ritz Carlton on Sunday and created a frame and environment for our booth and had several brides saying "WOW". Our booth stood out from all the rest and that is something as vendor you defiantly want to do. We still have availability for the upcoming bridal shows so call today for pricing.

Red Tent Draping! OMG!

Studio B transformed this entire tent from plain white to OMG RED! It took a lot of crew members, a lot of hours and a lot of lifts to make it look this perfect! But what an incredible difference draping can make. This was defiantly one of our largest draping jobs but something we are very proud of. If you need your tent to say WOW, then you know who to call.

Candy Land Themed Holiday Party - Part 2

What would Candy Land be with out Candy and Sweets? We created a cupcake room with a custom cupcake stand that was 8ft tall and can hold a couple 100 cupcakes. It included a little pink latter for the kids and guests to climb up. This cupcake stand is perfect for bridal showers, baby showers or even weddings. It could be used as a dessert stand or even a food station. We would like to thank Carmen Salazar Photography again for taking these great pictures.

We also created an old fashion candy store with a fudge counter, a market style candy station and a candy counter with different flavors of candy sticks. Looking for something different for your wedding or event, create a candy store instead of just a candy station. Studio B Event Designs can help you to create this fun look for your event or wedding.

We also created a room that the kids could decorate gingerbread houses. The houses were already build and put together for quick and easy fun for the guests to be creative and decorate.

We also had a strolling table that was filled with candy for guests that strolled around the tent handing out candy to all the guests.

Candy Land Themed Holiday Party - Part 1

Studio B Event Designs / CMC Events has been working hard this holiday season creating a Candy Land themed holiday party in a tent for our special client. It took months of planning, building, creating and ordering to pull off this fun look but it was all worth it to see it all come together. We custom created kings tables that were covered in candy, laid out in a pattern and covered with Plexiglas. We created 75 of these unique tables with bright colored linens and mixed matched colors of chiavari chairs for the guests to sit at. We had pop out tents lining each side of the main tent to create different rooms such as: Santa's Work Shop, Cupcake Walk, Candy Store, Gingerbread House, Bingo, Dancing Heads, Photos, Arcade and xbox Kinect. A large stage for all of the performances which included live bands, cirque du soleil and a rock'n Dj, was framed with a castle that we build that stood over 15ft tall. Candy Land is defiantly a fun theme for any holiday party, baby shower, bridal shower or birthday party. There is so much you can do with it and Studio B Event Designs can help you with pulling off the over all look and decor for your event.
We would like to thank Carmen Salazar Photography for coming out and taking pictures of this amazing event! Thanks Carmen!

Large Hershey Kisses were places around the tent and in front of the bars.

Kid's could come have their picture taken with Santa

We had a table that kids could write a letter to Santa and then stick it in the Mail Box. We custom build and painted this special mail box that sends letters straight to the North Pole.

After the sugar rush the kids had, they needed a place to run and play. We had a bounce house and slide for them to play on and burn some energy off.

We custom made these large gingerbread people that stood about 8ft tall. We also lined different colors of carpet around the entire tent to represent the Candy Land Board Game.
The arcade had a photobooth as well as vintage arcade games for the guests to play.
We thought this would be a great opportunity for the guests to have that family Christmas picture taken, so we provided a photo area with a custom Candy Land background.

If you haven't seen Dancing Heads before you should look them up.
They are fun and hilarious for parties and events.

We custom build these fabulous bar structures for this event with a Hershey Kiss theme. The Zebra Club Bar service was on hand to serve delicious cocktails from these fun bars.
Entertainment was defiantly a big part of this theme. When it came to finding good entertainment we went with Steve Bloom of AEC. These fun performers walked around and entertained the guests.

We also had these motorized cupcakes that strolled around the tent.
